1864 Montgomery Alabama IDR

Alabama, Montgomery IDR dated Dec. 8, 1864 not for bonds but for the new issues of Confederate Treasury banknotes. Notice the inflation rate. He turned in $765 of “Old Currency” (1861-1863) for $510 of the “New Issues” (1864).
